About my acting

Two people are outdoors in a park. One person is bending backward while another person seems to be assisting or observing. A third person is standing nearby. The background features trees and a stone wall.

Being extensively trained in Suzuki, Viewpoints, Stanislavsky, and Laban, I approach performance from an adaptable place to find sensitivity and sincerity in every performance.

From physical ensemble pieces to Greek tragedies to introspective naturalism, I excavate what the piece says about the world.

Training in Japan, India, and Greece honed my understanding of the intersection of theater and universal spirit. I gained deep respect for the heritage of the art form, and that I need to bring my full being to the work.

I believe that what we create, and the stories we tell, changes lives. That is why I work: to be a servant to the art and to the audience.
